How to place, change or cancel your order

Ordering from Apache Pizza is easy! You have three options:

  • Online: Browse our full menu on this website and click Order Now to get started.
  • By phone: Call us directly on +353 45 881 177 and our team will take your order.
  • In store: Walk in to Unit 2 Sallins Rd, Naas West and order at the counter.

We recommend ordering online for the fastest service and to take advantage of any current deals.

Online ordering available

Absolutely! Apache Pizza offers full customisation on most of our pizzas. You can add, remove or swap toppings to suit your taste.

When ordering online, simply select your base pizza and then customise from a wide range of premium toppings including meats, vegetables, cheeses and sauces. When ordering by phone, just let our team know your preferences and we'll build the perfect pizza for you.

Please note that additional toppings may incur a small extra charge.

We begin preparing your order promptly after it's received, so there is a short window in which changes can be made. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by calling +353 45 881 177.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has entered the preparation stage we may not be able to make changes. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes! Apache Pizza is a great choice for parties, office lunches, sports events and gatherings. We recommend placing large orders at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can ensure everything is freshly prepared on time.

Delivery

Delivery areas, times and charges

We deliver across Naas and the surrounding areas in Co. Kildare, Ireland. Our primary delivery zones include Naas town centre, Sallins, Johnstown, Monread and nearby residential estates.

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, the easiest way to check is to enter your postcode when placing your order online, or give us a call on +353 45 881 177 and we'll confirm straight away.

Naas & Co. Kildare

Our typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. During peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings) delivery may take slightly longer.

Collection orders are usually ready in 15–20 minutes. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is ready to collect from our store at Unit 2 Sallins Rd, Naas West.

We always aim to get your pizza to you as quickly as possible while ensuring it's hot, fresh and perfectly prepared.

Delivery charges and minimum order amounts may apply depending on your location and the current promotions available. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Extra Large (16"): Perfect for groups and families.

Yes! We have a great selection of vegetarian pizzas featuring fresh vegetables, quality cheeses and flavourful sauces. Our menu includes popular options like Margherita, Veggie Supreme and seasonal specials.

For vegan customers, we offer plant-based cheese alternatives and a range of toppings that are entirely vegan-friendly. Please let our team know of any dietary preference when ordering and we'll make sure your pizza is prepared accordingly.

Vegan options available

Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Apache Pizza. We use freshly prepared dough, hand-stretched daily in store. Our tomato sauce is made from vine-ripened tomatoes and our cheeses are sourced from trusted Irish and European suppliers.

All of our vegetable toppings are prepared fresh each day. We do not use frozen pre-prepared toppings on our core menu. We believe that great pizza starts with great ingredients — that's the Apache Pizza difference.

Allergens & Dietary

Gluten, dairy, nuts and special dietary needs

We offer gluten-aware pizza bases for customers who are sensitive to gluten. These bases are prepared with care in our kitchen; however, please be aware that our kitchen handles gluten-containing products and we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.

If you have coeliac disease or a severe gluten allergy, we strongly advise you to speak with our team directly before ordering by calling +353 45 881 177 so we can discuss the best options for your needs.

Apache Pizza accepts a wide range of payment methods for both delivery and collection orders:

  • Cash on delivery — always accepted
  • Card payment on delivery — Visa, Mastercard, contactless
  • Online card payment — secure checkout via our website
  • In-store card payment — chip and PIN or contactless

All online transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an incorrect item, something is missing from your order, or there's an issue with the quality of your food, please contact us as soon as possible.
